Do you take orders by phone?We do understand that customers may wish to make orders by phone for this service there is a £1.00 processing charge. Please note that we do not take phone orders for less than £10. Have you received my order?When you successfully place a credit card order online you will get an transaction email from Protx within a few minutes providing you gave a valid email address. We will send you a confirmation email when we come to process the order which is usually within a few (business) hours of placing your order. Please note that we work 9:00am 5:00pm GMT (we are located in the United Kingdom). When we dispatch your order we will send a further email. This is usually within one working day. Please check your email account regularly as we will communicate any problems with your order via email. If you have not received any emails from Protx, Triple Eight or Paypal and did not see a 'Thank You' screen it is most probable your order has not been placed. I'm in the UK.
