Eight recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of all
information provided by users of our web sites and all of our customers.
We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our users’
right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our users.
This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for all products
and services owned by Triple Eight.

Triple Eight collects information from our customers. In this section
of our privacy policy, we will describe the type of information
we collect and how we use it to provide better services to our customers.
REGISTRATION
AND ORDERING
When ordering a product from our website users must first register.
During registration, users are required to give their contact information
(such as name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address.
For internal purposes, we use this information to communicate with
users and provide requested products.
For
our products that require payment we also collect credit card information
(such as account name, number and expiration date), which is used
for billing purposes only, and is not otherwise shared. If credit
card details are given via the telephone then the information is
kept for no longer than a month, after which time it will be destroyed.
COMMUNICATION
WITH US
Requests for support or information regarding our products will
be dealt with internally. We may retain e-mails and other information
sent to us for our internal administrative purposes, and to help
us to serve customers better.

In order to best serve our customers, we may send updates that contain
important information about our products. We send order confirmations
via email and also communicate with a user to provide requested
information via e-mail, phone or regular mail.

We do not share personal information with any other organisation,
all information logged is for internal use only.

than as set forth above, we do not share personally identifiable
information with other companies, apart from those acting as our
agents in providing our product(s), and which agree to use it only
for that purpose and to keep the information secure and confidential,
(for instance delivery name and address to our distribution company).
CORRECTION/UPDATING
PERSONAL INFORMATION
If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a
user no longer desires our product(s), we provide a way to correct
or update that user's personal data. The user should contact Customer
Support for the applicable product.
SECURITY
We use reasonable precautions to protect our users' personal information
and to store it securely. Sensitive information that is transmitted
to us online (such as credit card number) is encrypted and is transmitted
securely, we do not have access to this information. In addition,
access to all of our users' information, is restricted. Only employees
who need the information to perform a specific job (for example,
a customer service representative) are granted access to personally
identifiable information. Finally, the servers on which we store
personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Our web sites contain links to other sites. Triple Eight is not
responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites.
We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and
to read the privacy statements of each web site to which we may
link that may collect personally identifiable information.

AND CHANGES
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this
page so our users are aware of what information we collect, how
we use it and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
